Job Summary
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring dishes are served promptly
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices
