Role Overview:
The registered Health Care Aide (HCA) - Cantonese Speaking is a vital member of Golden Home Caregivers Corp., reporting directly to the Care Manager. The HCA provides hands-on personal care and support to clients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. They are also responsible for monitoring clients' conditions and promptly reporting any changes to the Care Manager. This role includes assistance for activity of daily living and medication in accordance with company policy while upholding professional standards and always respecting the dignity, privacy, and autonomy of each client.
This role is expected to serve clients in NW, Edmonton
The selected candidate will start as soon as possible.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active registration and practice permit as HCA
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in Cantonese and English.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required
Experience:
- Previous experience in a home care, facility, or hospital setting is an asset
- Familiarity with supporting seniors or clients with complex care needs is a plus
- Experience in providing companionship or emotional support
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
