Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Insulation Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of insulation materials in residential buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of insulation installation processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently on diverse projects.
Basement blanket installation, attic blow-in or batt installation experience required.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, attics, basements, and other designated areas.
- Use caulking and sealing techniques to ensure energy efficiency and prevent air leaks.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times during installation activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insulation installation
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment.
- Knowledge of various insulation materials including fiberglass,, cellulose, or mineral wool.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and insulation work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18.12-$25.00 per hour
