About the Role
Olive Tree Exteriors is seeking a reliable and skilled Eavestrough Installer to join our growing team. This role involves the installation of seamless eavestrough systems, downspouts, elbows, and related components on residential properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean, efficient work and values high standards of craftsmanship and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Install seamless aluminum eavestroughs using a gutter machine on-site
- Measure, cut, and fasten troughs, downspouts, elbows, end caps, mitres, and brackets
- Set proper slopes and ensure efficient water drainage away from structures
- Work from ladders, scaffolding, or lifts at various heights safely and confidently
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold Olive Tree Exteriors' quality standards
- Identify and communicate any issues with rooflines, fascia, or existing drainage systems
- Follow project plans and meet installation timelines
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and job site cleanup
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including use of fall protection equipment
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience installing eavestroughs or exterior systems preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs)
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment in varying weather
Wage & Schedule
- Competitive hourly wage starting at $20/hr, based on experience
- Monday to Friday.
- Full-time seasonal with potential for year-round employment
