Director of Sales
Our client is a leading Canadian supply chain and logistics provider offering integrated warehousing, transportation, distribution, and value-added services across multiple regions throughout Canada. With a significant warehousing footprint and a strong reputation in the market, they are looking to add a Director of Sales to their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of selling warehousing and logistics solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market share across key industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify and secure new warehousing business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with operations and internal teams to develop customized supply chain solutions
- Manage and maintain sales pipelines through CRM systems
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive business performance
- Travel regularly to meet with prospective and existing customers
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience selling warehousing, logistics, or supply chain solutions
- Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth
- Strong contract negotiation and closing skills
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and large customer accounts
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for developing new business
