Full-Time Sales Associate – Commission

Sales Responsibilities
- Drive sales and exceed targets through outstanding customer service
- Educate customers on our sleep products and technologies
- Participate in regular training to stay current on products and sales strategies
- Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and your team
Store Execution
- Ensure store operations run smoothly (opening/closing, merchandising, inventory)
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the store
- Collaborate with management to meet store goals and ensure customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate, confident, enthusiastic, sociable, energetic, fun, and self-motivated
- Excellent work ethic, results-driven, and goal-oriented
- Team player who thrives in a small-team environment
- Physically able to assist with unloading, loading and setting up products
- Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (35-40 hours per week)
