As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Roofing Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee the successful execution of roofing projects. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in the roofing industry who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The Roofing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple projects and coordinating site personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing work orders for accuracy
- Maintaining project inventory and managing availability of materials to ensure daily work targets are met
- Working with Warehouse Supervisor for ordering of materials and other logistics; arranging pick up of any extra materials and delivery.
- Scheduling the crew workers and assigning duties to them
- Maintaining status updates for customers on start dates upon receipt of the contract; maintaining a good relationship with customers
- Conducting regular site visits and managing the crew workers
- Performing final inspections on each job site
- Verifying crew workers’ pay sheets
- Preparing management reports
- Attending monthly production meetings and bringing attention to any conflicts or discrepancies to be addressed
Professional Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Roofing experience
- Knowledge with calculating gross project margins (an asset)
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Supervisory skills
Compensation:
60,000.00 to 85,000.00 per year
