Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately.
- Construct, install, and repair structures using concrete forming techniques, siding, carpentry skills, and woodworking methods.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as framing, finishing, and concrete work.
- Perform concrete finishing tasks with precision to ensure smooth surfaces and proper curing.
- Utilize welding equipment when necessary to join metal components or reinforce structures.
- Manage heavy lifting requirements safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for excavation, lifting, or material transportation on-site.
- Assist in restoration projects by repairing or refurbishing existing structures with attention to detail.
- Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and team members.
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of carpentry, concrete finishing, siding installation, or restoration work.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation preferred.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in demanding environments for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites.
- Prior experience with woodworking or concrete forming is highly desirable.
- Construction experience including working with schematics and blueprint interpretation is essential.
- Valid certification or licensing for heavy equipment operation is a plus but not mandatory.
