We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Business Development Representative to join our staffing team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting staffing solutions to companies across various industries.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and French, highly driven, and comfortable with cold calling, client outreach, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and client outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present staffing solutions to potential clients
- Support contract negotiations and client onboarding
- Work closely with recruitment teams to meet client needs
- Track sales activities and update CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
- 1–3+ years of sales or business development experience (staffing experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Comfortable with cold calling and client-facing roles
