Responsibilities
- Conduct outside and retail sales activities to attract new clients and expand existing customer accounts
- Provide expert guidance on various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and home insurance
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through ongoing communication and personalized service
- Assist clients in understanding policy options, coverage details, and benefits to facilitate informed decision-making
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients
- Perform sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and managing documentation
- Analyze client needs using strong analysis skills to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Engage in marketing efforts to promote insurance products and company services effectively
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish (bilingual preferred) to serve diverse customer bases
- Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company guidelines
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
