Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Fiberglass / Fiber Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role involves fabricating fiberglass parts and supporting basic assembly and fiber-related work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare molds and apply gelcoat, resin, and fiberglass materials
- Cut and lay up materials (CSM) to fabricate parts
- Demold parts and perform basic quality checks
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Assist with assembly and fiber-related tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Track materials and follow safety procedures
Requirements
- Experience in fiberglass fabrication or manufacturing preferred
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to use tools
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Reliable and punctual
