Duties:
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant for projects related to the development of early diagnostics tools for Phytophthora sojae. The successful applicant will carry out traditional and modern molecular and plant pathology laboratory techniques, mentor undergraduate and graduate students, assist in writing manuscripts and grants, order laboratory supplies, and other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
B.Sc required; M.Sc. in Biology or Plant Pathology preferred. Must have previous experience in soybean and Phytophthora research.
