Who you are:
The BEST candidates will have a sincere and genuine understanding and passion for our clients’ needs and expectations. You will have sales commission experience with a high customer service IQ, a thorough understanding of the sales process, and how to help our clients seamlessly through it. You will take great pride in your work and have a TEAM first mentality and attitude!
Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly and annual sales target goals
- Update Customer Relation Database with new traffic information on a daily basis
- Communicate regularly with past and present customers
- Be precise with information
- Be able to take direction from experienced and knowledgeable leaders
- Be able to crush goals
- Be ready to be a part of a championship team
Requirements:
- Learn and understand the policies/ procedures to effectively communicate with all parties involved with the sale of a vehicle
- Basic Computer Skills
- Self confidence is key
- Ability to self-manage
- Ambitious and approachable
- Attention to detail
- Customer focused and strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Coachable and trainable
- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including Saturdays and being on-call
- Valid Driver’s License is required
