About the Role
As a Showroom Associate, you will be the face of our Calgary showroom. You'll welcome customers, assist with product selections, support dealer partners, and help create an outstanding showroom experience from start to finish.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating positive experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
While previous kitchen and bath experience is an asset, we are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales Support
- Greet and welcome customers, dealers, designers, and contractors visiting the showroom.
- Deliver a positive and professional showroom experience for every visitor.
- Assist customers in selecting products by explaining features, finishes, functionality, and coordinating options.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide product recommendations.
- Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, email, and online.
- Promote showroom visits and help customers discover products in person.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and dealer partners.
- Support future sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Showroom Operations
- Process sales transactions and customer orders accurately.
- Assist customers with product pickups, returns, exchanges, and warranty-related inquiries.
- Coordinate and verify products entering and leaving the showroom.
- Maintain showroom displays, merchandising, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
- Help prepare displays, promotional materials, and showroom events.
Branch & Team Support
- Conduct outbound customer follow-up and relationship-building calls.
- Assist with inventory counts and product organization.
- Support order processing and administrative tasks as required.
- Assist reception and branch operations when needed.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge, customer service, and sales training.
- Collaborate with team members to support branch goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
