Job Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Bookkeeping
- Monthly Government remittances reporting
- Keeping AP & AR Up to date
- Reduce Past Due AR & exercise credit holds on delinquent accounts
- Audit item discrepancies in outbound & inbound shipments
- Ensure outbound shipments are properly documented
- File disputes for erroneous AR deductions
- Proactively participate in preventing AR deductions & customer policy violations
- Ensure correct duty rates or tariff rates on importations
- Bi-Weekly Payroll & ROE administration
- Other Accounting or Admin Duties as required by Management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 Years of Full-Cycle Canadian Accounting Experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in a relevant field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Advanced QuickBooks
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and conversational English communication skills
- High Level of Critical thinking and Problem Solving
- Typing Speed in excess of 45wpm
- Computer and Tech Savvy
- Strong attention to detail, superior task prioritization and very organized
- Ability to perform with no supervision and can multitask
- Eager to keep learning and self-improvement
- Positive attitude and work ethic

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
