We are looking for an experienced Production Team Lead to support daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will lead production employees, assist supervisors with daily execution, and help ensure production targets, quality standards, and ensure that safety requirements are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate production employees on the floor
- Organize daily workflow and maintain production efficiency
- Support production targets and output requirements
- Ensure compliance with quality, and safety standards
- Complete and review production paperwork
- Report downtime, quality concerns, staffing issues, and equipment problems
- Coach employees and maintain accountability
- Assist in the hiring, onboarding and full training of new staff
- Communicate effectively with all team members including management and logistics
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, production or packaging environment
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Knowledge of and workplace safety practices
- Demonstrated reliability (attendance record), ability to de-escalate conflicts, and make sound decisions to resolve problems quickly under pressure
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience
- Valid Ontario “G” driver’s license that is in good standing
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must have stock control (inventory & parts supply) experience
- Proficient computer skills and fluency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Please Note: The position involves standing, repetitive motion, bending, working in heat/cold, noise, or around machinery.
Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
