PROFESSIONAL HOUSE CLEANER — Independent Contractor
SonderCleaning | Calgary & Surrounding Area | $20–$25/hr
Are you a reliable, experienced house cleaner looking for consistent work with a professional team? SonderCleaning is hiring independent contractor cleaners to serve homeowners across Calgary and surrounding communities (Chestermere, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks and more).

We train every cleaner before their first job, assign work through a dedicated mobile app, and treat every team member with respect. No guessing, no micromanaging — just clear standards and consistent work.
TWO SERVICE OPTIONS — YOU CHOOSE:
- Service 1 — $20/hr: Client provides all equipment and products. No vacuum or supplies needed. Available to all cleaners.
- Service 2 — $25/hr: You bring your own professional vacuum, mop, colour-coded cloths and cleaning products. Higher pay for equipped cleaners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Perform residential cleaning following the SonderCleaning documented method
- Manage your schedule through the SonderCleaning mobile app
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients
REQUIREMENTS — ALL MANDATORY:
✓ GST Number
✓ Own vehicle and valid driver's license
✓ Smartphone with active data plan
✓ Valid police record check (required before first job)
✓ Minimum 1 year of residential cleaning experience
✓ Basic English communication skills
✓ Available minimum 3 days per week (flexible schedule)
✓ 2 professional references (previous employers or clients)
✓ Must pass the SonderCleaning knowledge test before first job
BONUS — NOT REQUIRED BUT EARNS $25/HR:
Own professional vacuum, mop, colour-coded microfibre cloths and cleaning products qualifies you for Service 2 jobs at $25/hr.

Calgary SW, SE, NW, NE · Chestermere · Airdrie · Cochrane · Okotoks · and more within 30 km of Calgary.
