Keyholder - Shift Supervisor
We are seeking enthusiastic, personable and responsible individuals for the position of Keyholder. The primary role of the Keyholder is to support Assistant Store Manager and the Store Manager in ensuring all daily operating procedures are performed as required, directly manage our instore guest experience and our store’s visual presentation. You will maximize sales through leading, developing and performance managing sales staff. The Keyholder is responsible for understanding all applicable laws and regulations and ensuring store operations are carried out in compliance to them.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensure store is operating and performing to company standards on a day to day basis

Implement all company policies, procedures and regulations
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge and be able to act in accordance with regulations set out by the AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario)

Manage staff and hold them accountable to their job description, company standards of guest experience and appropriate workplace behavior

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all strains and product in store inventory as well as the industry as a whole Understand and keep up with industry trends
- Support store manager by providing insight into daily business trends and employee performance

Assist with employee performance reviews
- Assist with training new employees and on-going learning

Ensure all store product is properly displayed to company standards with full up to date pricing

Responsible for opening and closing the store – opening and closing duties set out by store manager

Actively promote and interact with a positive, fun and inclusive work environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Retail management experience is preferred
-
Cannabis retail experience is preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work with and inspire others
- Ability to give clear and effective feedback in the moment

Strong time management skills

Must be 19+ years of age
- Must pass and present required background check
- CannSell certified prior to start date *must provide up to date copy of certification
Availability
- Available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends as required by changing needs of business

Shift times between 8am-11pm

Part time (under 20hrs)
- Full time (20+ hrs)
- available to work at other locations within the area should it be required
Compensation
Paid hourly - $18-19/hour
