Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and outstanding customer service
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
- Manage POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Lead, train, and motivate staff members; conduct interviewing and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize service delivery during peak hours
- Uphold hospitality standards and foster a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Background in food handling, restaurant management, or hotel experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or barista experience is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example in a team setting
Pay: $17.03-$20.00 per hour
