We're looking for an experienced Project Manager & Estimator who knows that great projects don't happen by accident. They happen because someone takes ownership of the details, communicates clearly, solves problems before they become issues, and leads everyone toward the same goal: delivering a finished home the client loves.

You'll be trusted to take ownership of high-end residential projects from the first client conversation through final walkthrough. You'll have the authority and responsibility to make decisions, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple high-end residential renovation projects from start to finish
- Creating accurate estimates, budgets, and project timelines
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scope documents
- Identifying potential challenges, risks, and opportunities before they impact the project
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, designers, and clients
- Managing project schedules, budgets, change orders, and documentation
- Leading project meetings and maintaining consistent communication
- Ensuring work meets Holleford Homes' standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship
- Creating a seamless experience for clients from initial planning through final delivery

You are someone who:
- Has extensive experience managing residential construction or renovation projects
- Understands high-end finishes, quality expectations, and custom building processes
- Can confidently read architectural drawings and translate plans into action
- Has strong estimating and budgeting skills
- Communicates professionally with homeowners, designers, and trades
- Stays calm under pressure and finds solutions when challenges arise
- Takes ownership and follows through on commitments
- Believes details matter and quality should never be compromised
Required:
- 10+ years of residential construction or renovation experience
- Proven experience managing projects and preparing estimates
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, or JobTread
- Experience using Excel and construction budgeting tools
- Knowledge of building codes, permits, and safety regulations
- WHMIS, First Aid, and Fall Protection certification (or willingness to obtain)
