We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse while also assisting with order picking, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties. This position is not solely forklift operation and requires a hands-on approach to supporting daily warehouse operations.
What You’ll Do
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming materials and inventory
- Load and unload trucks as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily operational goals
What You’ll Bring
- Previous forklift experience and valid forklift certification preferred
- Experience with order picking and warehouse operations is an asset
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
