About the Opportunity
Blüm Academy is currently inviting a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Childhood Educator to join our Infant classroom. In this role, you will thoughtfully support infants through responsive caregiving, meaningful connection, and developmentally appropriate experiences that nurture early growth and security. You will help cultivate a calm, respectful, and nurturing environment where each child feels safe, seen, and supported as they begin exploring the world around them.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a licensed childcare setting, preferably with infants
- Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator certification (required)
- Valid Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (AHS-approved provider)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and responsive care to support each infant’s individual needs
- Build respectful, professional relationships with families
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, routines, and developmental observations
- Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Support feeding, diapering, sleeping, and daily caregiving routines with care and consistency
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Plan and facilitate sensory-rich, developmentally appropriate experiences
- Ensure attentive supervision and uphold high standards of care
- Engage in continuous learning and professional growth

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
