The Lower Nicola Indian Band (LNIB) is inviting local caterers to submit a bid to provide catering services for an upcoming Elders Luncheon.

Date: Wednesday, July 29, 2026
Time: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Location: Rocky Pines Centre, Lower Nicola Indian Band
Estimated Attendance: Approximately 20 Elders and Guests
Proposed Menu• Salmon Pasta Salad with bowtie pasta, cherry tomatoes, edamame, and a light honey mustard dressing
- Fresh Vegetable Spinach Wraps with leaf lettuce, cucumber, yellow peppers, carrots, red cabbage, and hoisin dipping sauce
- Activia Yogurt Cups topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and peaches
Bid RequirementsPlease include the following in your submission:
- Total catering cost (including all applicable taxes and fees)
- Confirmation that the proposed menu can be provided
- Any available dietary accommodations (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, food allergies)
- A copy of your valid Food Safe Certificate
- Contact information for the caterer or business
