Centaur Subaru is currently accepting resumes for a Service Advisor position.
Our service counter is fast-paced and friendly. Applicants must be capable of performing multiple, daily tasks in an organized manner. Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Job responsibilities are:
- In-person customer service and vehicle check in/out
- Confirming customer requests and up-selling repairs
- Booking telephone and verifying on-line appointments
- Confirmation of warranty recalls applicable to appointments
- Creating and maintaining quotations & special orders
- Updating customer on vehicle progress
- Checking voicemail, email and texts to assist customers
- Closing/completion of work orders and some warranty processing
Base pay + monthly team bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
