We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated leader to join our crew.
The Role: We are seeking a versatile Working Foreman who is just as comfortable working on the tools as they are running a job site. In this role, you won't just be managing from a clipboard—you will be actively building and driving the project forward alongside the crew, while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Construction: Perform high-quality trade work, e.g., demolition, carpentry, drywall, tiling, finishing work on a daily basis.
- Site Leadership: Direct daily on-site activities, guide crew members, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
- Quality & Safety Control: Ensure all work meets company standards, complies with local building codes, and adheres to strict safety protocols.
- Material Logistics: Track site inventory, order materials ahead of time to prevent delays, and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Communication: Act as the main on-site point of contact for the Project Manager, keeping them updated on progress, roadblocks, and schedule changes.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot on-site issues as they arise to keep the project moving forward without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
- 5 + years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling.
- 3 + years of experience leading a crew, coordinating trades, or managing a job site.
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Must have your own basic hand tools (specialty tools and larger equipment provided).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
