We are seeking a motivated, ambitious Junior Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Prior sales experience is an asset, but it is not a requirement—we care much more about your hunger to learn, your professional grit, and your execution.
This role is a fully mentored career accelerator. You will start in a supportive, salaried position working alongside our top-tier senior sales consultants, learning our business and technical sales processes from the ground up. Over time, we will teach you how to network, build a high-value client list, and seamlessly transition into solo sales so you can achieve elite success in this field.
What Your Journey Looks Like
- Phase 1: Learn & Support: Partner directly with Senior Sales Consultants on major active projects, mastering our product line, client-first philosophy, and foundational sales processes.
- Phase 2: Build the Foundation: Learn the art of strategic business-to-business networking, relationship management, and building a sustainable client list from scratch.
- Phase 3: Transition to Solo Sales: With ongoing mentorship and guidance, slowly introduce yourself into solo sales situations, building your confidence and independent pipeline.
- Phase 4: Graduate to Senior Consultant: Step into a fully autonomous role with massive earning potential and the freedom to drive your own success.
What We Offer
