We are hiring a Brand Manager / Marketing & Business Analyst for a 1-year contract opportunity in Mississauga. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing professional with strong consumer brand experience, financial acumen, and the ability to translate insights into strategic business decisions.
This position works closely with global marketing teams and senior leadership, supporting brand growth, performance analysis, and execution of marketing strategies in a fast-paced consumer environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own execution of brand plans and marketing initiatives for assigned brands
- Translate strategic direction into actionable marketing and commercial plans
- Support sales teams with channel and account planning
- Track brand and category performance and deliver ongoing reporting
- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Recommend corrective actions based on data insights and market trends
- Manage consumer and shopper marketing programs, promotions, and initiatives
- Support packaging development and merchandising strategies
- Monitor and improve brand profitability and performance outcomes
- Lead relationships with data vendors and manage reporting platforms
- Ensure data integrity and alignment with internal business systems
- Serve as key liaison with internal business services teams for analytics and reporting
- Support brand P&L management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations on revenue growth initiatives
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Business Analytics
- Strong experience working with Nielsen or similar consumer data platforms
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L drivers
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business decision support
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a global or matrix environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
