We are seeking a skilled and experienced Airport Shuttle Driver to join our team at Hotel Clique/ Applause Hotel. The Shuttle Driver will report directly to the Guest Services Manager and will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services for hotel guests.
Availability -Open availability and flexibility to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a shuttle bus or van to transport guests to and from the airport and hotel in a safe and efficient manner.
- Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner and assist with luggage as necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and trip logs.
- Communicate with the Guest Services Manager to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Assist with other guest service duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid class 4 driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving a passenger shuttle or similar vehicle
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist guests with luggage as necessary
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
