As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you’ll strengthen customer accounts in person and drive sales for Internet, TV, and traditional home phone services that keep them connected. The Entry-Level Account Manager engages directly with our customers in person, explains their options with clarity, and manages accounts that reflect your dedication to service.

- Provide hands-on support with account setup and service explanations, ensuring customers quickly enjoy their new internet, TV, and home phone services.
