We are seeking a dependable Light Duty Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation for a commercial space, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, experience in cleaning, and a strong work ethic. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to facility maintenance and uphold high standards of cleanliness across various settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, surfaces, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Assist with light facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and other designated areas.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform light maintenance tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around facilities during shifts.
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by the employer.

Pay: $15.35-$16.00 per hour
