Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
- Provide attentive caregiving to ensure children’s safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the day.
- Facilitate engaging activities that stimulate creativity, problem-solving, and early literacy skills.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring inclusive participation in all activities.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, daily routines, and any incidents or observations.
- Foster positive relationships with families through regular communication about their child's development and milestones.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
