Weekend Shift Lead Hand – CNC Machinist (Full-Time Pay in 3 Days)

Source Machine is looking for an experienced Journeyman Machinist to lead our weekend production team.
This is a compressed work-week schedule of either:
- Friday to Sunday, or
- Saturday to Monday
3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours worked, paid for 40 hours).
This position is best suited for individuals who are not currently working a full-time weekday position and are looking for a leadership role with an excellent work-life balance.
Requirements:
- Journeyman Machinist certification
- Strong CNC lathe and milling experience
- Basic CNC programming abilities (Mazatrol, Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)
- Leadership, training, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support setups, troubleshoot production issues, and help drive performance on shift
