ATTENTION DOG LOVERS!
The Red River Doghouse is looking for just the right person to join our team!
Ideal candidates will:
- have flexible availability
- be available weekends & holidays when needed
- have 1+ years of experience working with dogs
- be reliable & punctual
- be able to be on their feet for long periods of time (as well as bending, kneeling, lifting, etc.)
- have great customer service & communication skills
- have own vehicle or reliable transportation (there is no bus service/uber in the area)
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Supervising & managing play groups (maintaining a fun, stress-free environment while keeping safety the top priority)
- Cleaning up after the dogs (it's a dirty job!)
- Feeding and/or medicating dogs as per client specifications
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
- Checking in/out dogs along with interacting with clients
- Booking appointments & other light administrative work
- Yard maintenance
- Other tasks as required
