Wharf & Flame Smokehouse + Lounge is looking for friendly, energetic servers to join our growing team in the heart of Steveston Fisherman's Wharf.
We're a busy smokehouse and lounge with a large waterfront patio, craft cocktails, and a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere. As we continue through our busy season, we're looking for motivated servers who enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences.

### Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure guests receive attentive, knowledgeable service throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and service areas
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
- Upsell food, beverages, and desserts when appropriate
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to provide seamless service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned
### Qualifications
- Previous serving experience is preferred
- Serving It Right certification is required (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is preferred
