Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Superintendent to lead our project from start to finish. In this vital role, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will drive project success, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are controlled, and construction work adheres to all specifications and schematics. Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure services we provide meets industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
- Monitor project budgets closely, track costs, and implement corrective actions when necessary to stay within financial parameters.
- Lead safety initiatives by enforcing protocols, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
- Manage subcontractor performance through supervision experience, providing guidance and feedback to maintain high productivity levels.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, quality control measures, and schedule adherence for stakeholders.
Experience
- Supervise daily site operations and field personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.
- Plan and oversee confined space entry activities.
- Manage and supervise safety watch personnel during confined space work.
- Verify setup, inspection, and operation of breathing air systems and related equipment.
- Conduct pre-job hazard assessments, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and documentation.
- Complete daily reports, incident reports, and project records.
- Mentor field staff and promote a strong safety culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of industrial site supervision experience.
- Experience managing confined space operations.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Experience with breathing air systems and confined space rescue planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: $45.00 per hour
