Join an Established Women's Health Clinic with an Existing Referral Network
We're looking for a compassionate, collaborative Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at The Clara Clinic.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys team-based, patient-centred care and wants to work alongside an experienced group of Naturopathic Doctors supporting women through hormonal, metabolic, and complex health concerns.
Unlike many private practice opportunities, this role begins with an established internal referral network, allowing you to step into meaningful clinical work immediately while also having the opportunity to build your own independent practice over time, if desired.
About The Clara Clinic
The Clara Clinic is a busy, integrative, multidisciplinary clinic located in Toronto's Riverdale neighbourhood. Our team has a strong focus on women's health, hormones, fertility, menopause, digestion, and metabolic health.
We bring together Naturopathic Doctors, Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Holistic Nutritionists, Acupuncturists, and IV Therapy providers to deliver thoughtful, collaborative care that supports patients from multiple perspectives.
Our clinic is known for its warm, patient-centred approach, evidence-informed care, and strong emphasis on collaboration between practitioners.
About the Role
Initially, the majority of your clinical hours will involve caring for patients referred internally by our Naturopathic Doctors.
You'll provide medical assessment, prescribing, diagnostic interpretation, follow-up care, and ongoing management within your scope while working collaboratively with the referring practitioner to ensure continuity of care.
As your practice grows, you'll also have the opportunity to accept self-referred patients and develop your own clinical niche within the clinic.
Practice Model
You'll begin by supporting an established internal referral program, providing consistent patient care through scheduled clinic hours.
As your practice develops, you'll also have the opportunity to:
- Build your own patient panel
- Develop a clinical area of interest
- Grow an independent Nurse Practitioner practice within the clinic
As your role evolves, your practice may include two streams of care:
Collaborative Care
- Hourly compensation
- Structured clinic hours
- Established internal referral flow
- Consistent patient demand
Independent Practice (Optional)
- Split-based compensation
- Opportunity to build your own patient base
- Flexibility to develop your own clinical focus
