Job Overview
We are a growing industrial safety company specializing in industrial breathing air systems. We are seeking a mechanically inclined, motivated individual to work directly alongside the Owner/General Manager in a hands-on role that combines shop work, field service, customer interaction, and operational support.

Responsibilities
- Equipment inspection, cleaning, maintenance and preparation.
- General warehouse and shop duties.
- Client visits and on-site service work.
- Equipment deliveries and installations.
- Customer communication and support.
- Assisting wherever needed in a fast-paced small business.
No two days are the same. Some tasks are physical and repetitive, while others require problem-solving, customer service and independent thinking.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools.
- Experience in industrial, construction, marine, warehouse, mechanical or related environments.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Adaptable, reliable and safety-conscious.
- Comfortable working independently and interacting with customers.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
A trade certification is not required. We value attitude, versatility, initiative and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
- $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (to start), depending on experience, qualifications and overall fit.
