Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and self-motivated Project Manager to join our growing team in our Montreal office. This role is perfect for a generalist with a proven ability to work across multiple departments, learn quickly, and take initiative to move projects forward—even in the face of uncertainty.
As Project Manager, you will work closely with the COO and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress across projects. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing diverse responsibilities and driving outcomes in dynamic environments. Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with teams across marketing, sales, customer service, customer success, and operations to align priorities and streamline execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones to keep initiatives moving forward effectively.
- Monitor and manage ongoing internal projects, ensuring progress, accountability, and communication across teams.
- Navigate ambiguity by learning quickly, identifying priorities, and independently driving projects to completion.
- Help manage and optimize our patient portal and internal operational systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and systems through technology and automation.
- Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment that encourages initiative and innovation.
- Utilize project management and productivity tools to stay organized and improve team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in person in our Montreal office four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday).
- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management, operations, systems, or process improvement is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries is an asset, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
