Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried and hourly positions
- Partner with leaders on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and talent acquisition activities
- Provide practical Human Resources guidance and recommendations on employee relations, policy interpretation, and workplace matters
- Conduct workplace investigations and support the timely resolution of employee concerns
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and communication of Human Resources policies, programs, and procedures
- Provide guidance to support compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, compensation changes, leaves, and offboarding
- Lead assigned Human Resources projects and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to strengthen HR programs and practices
- Prepare employment agreements, letters, and other confidential documentation that supports key employee lifecycle activities
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding benefit plans, Human Resources programs, and policies
- Provide guidance to employees and leaders on disability management, leaves of absence, and workplace accommodation matters
Education

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- 5 to 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist or advisor capacity
Experience providing Human Resources guidance to leaders across a range of employee relations matters
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes for salaried and hourly positions
- Experience in mining, construction, industrial, engineering, or other operational environments is considered an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan employment legislation, Human Resources practices, and employment standards
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build credibility and effective working relationships with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to provide practical HR advice and recommendations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources information systems
- Commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and high-quality work
- Ability to assess complex situations and provide practical, risk-based recommendations
