This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of pool construction projects, maintaining our standards of excellence, and fostering a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervise and lead a team in the construction of pools, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Manage daily site operations, implementing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized worksite.

Interpret and execute project blueprints, designs, and specifications accurately.

Troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges as they arise.

Track project progress and provide updates to management.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in pool construction, including vinyl liner and fiberglass pools
-
3+ years of experience as a crew leader, foreman, or equivalent construction leadership role

Hands-on expertise across the full scope of pool installation, including excavation, grading, plumbing, equipment pad setup, electrical and concrete/decking coordination, and troubleshooting installation issues

Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings

Extensive knowledge of pool construction techniques, materials, and equipment

Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle

Legal eligibility to work in Canada

Proven experience in pool construction(vinyl liner and fiberglass)
