We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Server/Bartender to join our team. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for guests by providing excellent table service, preparing and serving beverages, and making sure every customer feels looked after from the moment they arrive.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and confident working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You should enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and take pride in delivering great service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly
- Provide attentive table service and respond to guest needs promptly
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area, and service stations
- Check identification and ensure alcohol service follows Ontario regulations and Smart Serve standards
- Work closely with team members to create a smooth and positive guest experience
- Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in serving, bartending is required
- Valid Smart Serve certification is required in Ontario
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
