Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Document vehicle concerns and accurately recommend services
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
- Provide updates and timelines to customers throughout the service process
- Maintain detailed records and meet manufacturer/dealership standards
- Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an automotive service or advisor role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Valid Ontario driver’s license
- Automotive knowledge and computer literacy
