Modern Niagara Building Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Service Construction team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of service construction projects. Working closely with clients, technicians, foremen, subcontractors, and internal teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting MNBS full-service offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple service construction projects from award through close-out.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
- Work collaboratively with Service Managers, Foremen, and field technicians to ensure successful project execution.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare purchase orders, review invoices, and manage project billings and collections.
- Complete monthly WIP reporting and financial forecasting.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, safety, and quality.
- Identify project risks and implement solutions before they impact cost or schedule.
- Support commissioning, project turnover, and close-out documentation.
- Promote Modern Niagara's full range of services by identifying opportunities with existing clients.
Must-haves:
- 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in construction.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical construction drawings and documents.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, costs, and budgets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software – Procore experience is an asset.
- Ability to plan and manage project schedules effectively.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles (asset).
- Can confidently make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excels at juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments with high interaction across teams.

This is a new position and the salary range is between $80,000 - $100,000
