Job Summary:
Supreme Trading is seeking a full-time E-commerce Website Coordinator to support the company’s online sales operations, website management, supplier coordination, and digital marketing activities. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining and improving the company’s e-commerce platforms and online product presentation while coordinating with overseas suppliers and customers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conduct website and network security checks and identify potential security risks
· Develop, maintain and update company e-commerce websites and online sales platforms
· Familiar with the editing and UX design of the company’s independent website, and able to provide suggestions and support for related work.
· Upload, modify, and remove product listings
· Coordinate with suppliers regarding product information, pricing, inventory, and product presentation
· Monitor website functionality and perform routine website updates and troubleshooting
· Optimize product displays and online content to improve customer experience and online sales
· Assist with digital marketing activities including social media updates, online promotions, and email marketing
· Communicate with overseas suppliers and customers regarding product and order coordination
· Support daily online business operations and customer inquiries
· Work flexible schedules when required to coordinate with overseas suppliers in different time zones
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Completion of education in web development or a related field
Two or more years of experience in e-commerce operations, or digital marketing
Knowledge of website management systems and online sales platforms
Familiarity with website security and troubleshooting procedures
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Flexibility to work evenings and nights, overtime, or adjusted schedules when required to coordinate with overseas suppliers and clients
Cantonese language ability is considered a strong asset due to communication needs with suppliers and clients in Hong Kong
Pay: $28.00 per hour
