Amity Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time hybrid position, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work. While planning and administrative responsibilities may be completed remotely, attendance at company events, workshops, meetings, and other designated functions is required.
Position Overview: The Event Coordinator will support the planning and execution of company events, workshops, retreats, meetings, and special projects. This role works closely with leadership, management, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure events are organized efficiently and delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate company events, workshops, meetings, retreats, and special functions.
- Communication amongst all departments as well as management, stakeholders, vendors, and participants to ensure seamless event execution.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, accommodations, transportation, and event materials.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning when required.
- Manage event timelines, schedules, budgets, and planning documents.
- Provide on-site support during events and workshops.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Gather feedback and prepare post-event summaries and recommendations.
- Support additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event coordination, administration, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders, management, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to events and workshops as required.
- Create and distribute course certificates after courses.
- Follow up with the Academy of General Dentistry regarding PACE approval requirements and ensure everything stays up to date.
- Multimedia skillsets are an asset
