Summary
We are seeking a talented Baker to join our team at Geste croissanterie. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries and viennoiseries, ensuring that each product meets our high standards of quality and taste.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries and viennoiseries according to established recipes.
- Ensure all products are baked to perfection, maintaining high quality standards.
- Decorate cakes and pastries creatively to enhance presentation.
- Package finished products for sale while ensuring freshness and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management of baking supplies and ingredients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative skills in cake decorating are highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills to engage with customers when necessary.
