Gusto Grande is a small business in Lindsay, ON. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to Gusto Grande is looking for experienced Servers to join our team. We are a casual-fine dining, Italian inspired restaurant. Everything is made from scratch in house using as many local ingredients as possible,. Our wine is consignment, we offer hand curated cocktails, and barista level coffee. We are looking for great servers that want to further their careers in the food service industry!
What we are looking for:
- 2 years experience in the serving industry
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability in dealing with the public, using tact and discretion
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and respond with a sense of urgency when required
- Smart Serve
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Take and serve orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/barstaff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
Pay: From $17.95 per hour
Experience:
- serving: 3 years (preferred)
