What You'll Do:
- Hunt for new business via outbound calls, email outreach, and creative prospecting
- Become a master at identifying decision makers and building relationships quickly
- Educate companies on how we can beat their bank or broker’s FX pricing (and service)
- Work directly with senior FX traders to close deals and grow your book
- Track your progress, hit goals, and get promoted to a full-time currency trader
What We're Looking For:
- You sound great on the phone. Charisma, confidence, and clarity matter more than experience.
- You’re competitive, driven, and coachable. You want mentorship, but you're ready to put in the work.
- A genuine interest in financial markets or global economics is a big plus.
- You want to grow with a company and build your own book of clients — not clock in and out.
- Cold calling or sales experience is a bonus, but we’ll train the right personality.
- Degree or not — we care more about energy and ambition than your GPA.
- Team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (especially French) is an asset, but not required.

- Year 1 OTE: $65K–70K, Year 2: $85K+, Year 3: $100K+
