Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Helper with occasional driving responsibilities to support our distribution operations. This role involves assisting with warehouse tasks, operating heavy equipment, and occasionally driving to facilitate efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and equipment operation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform order picking using warehouse management systems and order picker equipment
- Load and unload shipments accurately and securely
- Support shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Occasionally operate a vehicle for local deliveries or pickups as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Follow safety protocols when handling heavy equipment and materials
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related fields
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, cranes, and clamp trucks
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picking procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Experience with load & unload activities in construction or industrial settings preferred
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and procedures
- Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklift, crane, and other machinery as needed
- Valid driver’s license for occasional driving tasks within local areas
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
