Responsibilities:
- "Running the Business" at the frontline clinic level resulting in the effective and efficient operations of all clinics in the respective region.
- Responsibilities include providing leadership, direction, coaching and reporting on all operational aspects at the clinic level.
- Prepare employee schedules to meet referral demand and optimization of equipment utilization and ensure coverage during vacations and absences.
- Review, confirm and complete payroll entries in software.
- Ensure compliance of all studies on a timely basis to ensure turnaround standards.
- Work with staff to develop their professional development goals; encourage cross training.
- Track all billings, ensure collection of billing errors and payment of private invoices.
- Monitor technical problems with equipment and facilities, coordinate repair and maintenance.
- Organize Equipment Preventative Maintenance and escalate to Regional Leader.
- Order supplies and monitor usage.
- Coordinate with Human Resources to recruit, motivate, promote, transfer or terminate staff members.
- Continuously manage and improve work processes at the clinic.
- Handle all problem resolution: correct reporting errors; address client issues; non-compliance issues; Incident reports, WSIB accidents, etc.
- Implement procedural, administrative and organizational changes as per corporate objectives.
- Responsible for site inspection readiness ensuring all regulatory and accreditation requirements are met including quality assurance, health and safety.
- Prepare monthly operational report, budget variance.
- Attend any other tasks assigned by Regional Leader from time to time.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience in healthcare industry or cardiology practice.
- Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to changing environments and clients.
- Self-starter that thrives in entrepreneurial environments,
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills with ability to engage, inspire, and build credibility.
- Ability to operate with high degree of integrity and sincerity.
- Demonstrated leadership, reliability and flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in corporate core competencies.
- Positively influence and lead staff members, as well as physicians.
- Demonstrate effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel when required
